Our Policy

1. Payment - Jupiter Studios bills a monthly fee based on four weekly lessons. Because some months naturally include five lessons, those additional lessons are accounted for by regularly billing December's shortened holiday month. Payment is due on the first of the month.

2. Cancellations and Makeup Lessons - Please provide the instructor at least 6 hours notice for a cancellation. Your instructor will coordinate with you to schedule a makeup lesson. Instructors are not required to offer makeup lessons for no shows.

3. Late Policy - Please notify the instructor if you will be late to lesson. Lessons will end at their regularly scheduled time due to instructors having back to back lessons.

4. Discontinuing Lessons - A 20 day notice is required for discontinuing lessons. Failure to provide advanced notice will result in payment due for the coming month.
